Aviation Wall Art: Concorde, Jets and the Golden Age of Flight

A Concorde print does something few pieces of art can: it makes a room feel more ambitious.

There is a reason Concorde is one of our most loved prints year after year. It is not just an aircraft; it is a symbol of what people once dared to build. Mach 2, London to New York in under three and a half hours, a silhouette that still looks like the future decades later. On a wall, that energy is contagious. Aviation art belongs in the rooms where you think, work and plan.

The Study: The Natural Home

A study or library is where aviation prints feel most at home. Dark walls, navy, forest green, deep grey, make the white of the aircraft and the graphic composition stand out. Add warm lighting, a brass lamp or a picture light, and the print takes on a museum quality.

Hang it above the desk or beside a bookcase at eye level. A 50x70 cm print suits most studies; go larger if the wall is a real feature.

The Living Room: Clean and Confident

Aviation art is not only for private spaces. A single Concorde print above a sofa, on a light wall with minimal styling, reads as sophisticated rather than themed. The lines of the aircraft echo modern furniture beautifully, and the limited colour palette keeps it calm.

The Home Office: Something to Look Up To

If you work from home, the wall behind your desk is seen on every video call and every time you look up from the screen. An aviation print there says more than a motivational quote ever could. Hang it slightly above eye level so it sits in frame on calls, and keep the desk itself clear so the print stays the focus.

The Hallway: A Departure Board Moment

A hallway is the perfect place for a print that suggests going somewhere. One Concorde above a console, seen as you head out the door, is a small daily reminder that the world is large and worth seeing.
